Our “Just Add Water” premium cookie mix is specially formulated to make soft, chewy, moist and delicious chocolate chip cookies. Just add the contents of this bag to a bowl, add water and stir. All you need is your oven!

Ingredients

Unbleached Enriched Flours (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Brown Sugar, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Palm Oil, Sugar, Egg Yolk, Cornstarch, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Sea Salt, Egg White, Baking Soda (leavening), Natural Flavor (contains Milk). CONTAINS: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soy. This product is prepared and packaged using equipment that may come in contact with Tree Nuts (Pecans, Coconut, Almonds), Sesame.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.

In bowl, add water to mix and stir thoroughly with a sturdy spoon until water is completely absorbed. (Dough will be dry at first, but will come together. Use your hands, if needed, to bring the dough into a ball.)

Roll dough into 16 balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheet. (Do not flatten.)

Bake 13-15 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

Cool on pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.

Delicious

I've been buying the scone mixes for several years and decided to try the cookies. I followed the directions and these were the best cookies ever! Firm outside and chewy instead, it was like eating a cookie from a bakery.

Awful to make and the taste…ugh

I am a big fan of this company’s scones. I’ve made them for years. These cookies are awful. The mix didn’t ball up. I had to make 5 balls then try to combine them into one. Much of the mix was like leftover dust. Finally did my best to make 12 balls. Couldn’t tell when they were finished in the oven. After 13 minutes they were still in ball form. And another few minutes. And another. Finally, they look like cookies. They didn’t taste like chocolate chip cookies at all. Thumbs down. Threw them out.
