Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sticky Fingers Gluten Free Original Pancake
- 1/2 Cup Cool Water
- 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 3-4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (Optional)
- Optionally add Peanut Butter Powder (1-2 Tablespoons)
Directions:
- Preheat a griddle over medium heat.
- Mix together the pancake mix and water, and optional powdered peanut butter
- Lightly grease your griddle
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the hot griddle, and cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side
- Combine the natural peanut butter and the maple syrup, and microwave for 15 seconds. Mix thoroughly.
- Serve the pancakes with the peanut butter/maple syrup 'caramel' sauce
