"Fried" Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons Sticky Fingers Cinnamon or Buttermilk Pancake Mix 
  • 1/2 Cup Cool Water 
  • 1 Apple, Sliced into Rings 
  • Cinnamon Sugar for Topping 

Directions

  1. Preheat a griddle over medium heat. 
  2. Combine the pancake mix and water in a bowl, and mix until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease the griddle. 
  4. Drip the prepared apple slices into the batter, and place onto the hot griddle.
  5. Cook on each side for 3-5 minutes. 
  6. Serve with syrup or cinnamon sugar.
