Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sticky Fingers Gluten Free Pancake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Bananas, sliced
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
- Preheat griddle
- While griddle is heating, mix together the pancake mix and water
- Cook 1/4 Cup of mix, in a pre-greased griddle
- Once you have made all the pancakes you can move onto the banana topping
- Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter in the heated pan.
- Add the sliced banana and allow to cook for about 2 minutes
- Add the brown sugar and vanilla
- Reduce the heat and allow to cook for a few minutes
- Serve the warm bananas over the pancakes
- Optionally top with the ice cream.
