Ingredients:
- 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- Meat from 1 Rotisserie Chicken, into bitesize pieces
- Optional Vegetables; 1 Cup of Frozen Peas & Carrots
- 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Package of 7.75 Oz Original Marie Calendars Corn Bread Mix
- 1 Can Creamed Corn
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 400
- Grease a 3 quart baking dish
- In a bowl whisk the soups and milk, until combined
- Stir chicken and cheese (and optional vegetables), into the soup and milk mixture
- Pour the chicken mixture into the baking dish
- In a separate bowl mix together; corn bread mix, creamed corn, sour cream, egg, and melted butter.
- Spread the corn bread mixture over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes
